How much credit do you need? Can you afford the loan at all?

According to the law, lending is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness (Art. 3UWG). That’s why you can calculate your credit needs and your financial possibilities here without any obligation before you apply for a loan.

Minimum requirements for loan

In order for us to be allowed to give you a loan, we have to make sure that the one of you who signs the loan contract is creditworthy. In detail this means the following:

Age: You are at least 18 years old and not older than 65 at the end of the credit period.
Income: Your income is higher than your expenses – Awina calculates the budget surplus and allowance, which must be positive.
Residence status: You have been living in Switzerland or Liechtenstein for at least 6 months.
Residence permit for non-Swiss nationals: You have a valid B or C residence permit.
Conditions of employment: You are in permanent employment and have completed the probationary period.
Enforcement: You do not have any outstanding or unpaid debt prosecutions.
Wage garnishments and loss certificates: You have had no wage garnishments in the last 2 years and there are no open loss certificates.
